Internal Communications Manager - FTSE 100

Working within the Channels team you will develop and deliver employee communications that are aligned with the key business priorities to support the Group’s business plan at a significant time for the business - this is an important role at the heart of the business. In addition to managing a number of high profile communications channels you will create strong relationships and deliver counsel to senior executives.
You will have proven communications and channel management experience and be able to demonstrate your ability to produce high quality content. As a key member of the central communications function you will be focused on delivering effective employee communications as part of an integrated approach with a confident, calm and credible approach. Excellent writing and a forensic eye for detail are essential and you will be a strategic thinker with a well developed influencing style.
