Our client, a medical education agency going from strength to strength, is looking for a project manager who would like a hybrid role across project management, client liaison, writing, editing etc. It might suit a med comms writer who wants to move to a broader role, or someone from an editing or account managing role in med comms.
They've done exceptionally well this past year and are consistently winning new business as well as growing current business. This has led to the need for a talented and ambitious project manager to help handle a wide range of pharmaceutical projects including: international meetings, slide kits, training materials, websites and interactive CD-ROMs. The work includes: proof reading and editing, research, referencing, project organisation and admin, client liaising and assisting with writing proposals.
The successful project manager will have managed medical communications projects from start to finish, enjoy client liaison and have an ability to drive scientific content (briefing, referencing, editing and some writing).
You need to have a science background and to have spent at least a year in a medical communications agency. Strong organisational, rapport building and client facing skills are a must. You should also be driven and possess the ability to get things done. This agency is really going places so this is an excellent opportunity to get on board!
