* A highly unique opportunity to take a new, bespoke creative/strategic role within a renowned global agency
* The agency is one of the leading names in the UK and picks up multiple awards each year
* Hosting a roster of globally renowned and disruptor brands across a range of industries including drinks/FMCG, entertainment, retail, fashion and travel
* They're looking to grow their capacity in engaging a younger, digitally progressive demographic and to create campaigns that utilise a range of new technologies/innovations to target this group of consumers


* A PR Associate Director role
* Working closely with the Senior Management Team to advise on new and innovative approaches to engaging consumers via earned and owned channels with some paid work too
* Primarily supporting a key international client in developing strategies that break-out of traditional PR/communications and are designed to engage "Generation Z" - a younger, more socially/digitally aligned audience
* The main client is an established, industry-defining video game publisher and this role works with them in an international and UK capacity
* However, this is not the sole remit; you will also be advising and supporting on campaigns across all of the consumer accounts as a central creative/strategic resource


* A youth marketing specialist with a finger on current trends
* Either an established creative communicator, or an Associate Director level candidate with a passion for creative comms, specifically tailored to youth marketing
* Someone with experience working on industry leading clients, managing big budgets and thinking about campaigns from a both global/pan-EU and UK delivery perspective
* A curious and culturally aligned individual who has a passion for the news/social agenda and a strong knowledge of the value and best ways to utilise content and influencer marketing
* Someone who enjoys taking initiative and leading on activities whilst being a real team player who has the confidence in their convictions to argue their corner with clients
