A prestigious global drinks brand is looking for a Senior Communications Manager to champion the business and its brands within an everchanging UK media landscape, drive sales and change perceptions. You will lead all external communications, seamlessly creating comms that support corporate and brand priorities for a wide range of audiences and stakeholders. As Senior Communications Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting 2 big brand clients with standout PR activity to drive awareness and relevance of both brands
  • Focusing on Christmas by running a relentless Christmas trade and consumer PR campaigns that incorporate priority brands, category stories and new ventures
  • Maximising opportunities for the new business pipeline
  • Managing the corporate press office including a consistent focus on evaluation, media training and crisis management and company social media channels
  • Aiming to drive consistent, hard-hitting brand and corporate messages that stand out in traditional and digital media

An ideal candidate will demonstrate:

  • Solid agency PR experience, preferably within the drinks sector or otherwise FMCG/brand experience  
  • The ability to influence senior levels within an organisation
  • Communication, organisation, planning and analytical skills
  • Experience of working within a multi-national organisation
  • Drinks industry knowledge
