This is a superb opportunity to join the Commercial and Delivery team in a dynamic and fast-growing FS company.

The Role
Sitting in the Commercial and Delivery Team which provides first class admin support at senior level, you will report to and work closely with the Executive Director of Commercial and Delivery and their team, providing operational and strategic support you are used to working to a level of confidentiality. You will work on a wide range of projects from cyber security and GDPR compliance to the office move and there is scope to get involved with project coordination work.
You will have a range of responsibilities including:
* Diary and meetings management
* Co-ordinating briefings, some minute taking
* Inbox management, drafting responses, replying and flagging up anything urgent
* Commissioning and actioning work across the team
* Reviewing business cases and documents
* Pulling reports together, briefing team on upcoming meetings
* May act as 'risk coordinator'
* General support to Senior Managers
* General enquiry handling (internal and external)
* Organising travel arrangements and expense management
About You
I'm looking for a flexible and proactive Executive Assistant ideally with experience working in a similar sector, who is used to working in a busy office environment who enjoys a geeky environment. You will be a highly organised, methodical and detailed individual who thrives under pressure and in busy situations. You will be an "outside the box" thinker who is confident to contribute new ideas in a busy and everchanging workplace. There are real prospects for developing your career into a Business Support Manager role.
