Marketing Manager

A leading global financial services brand is looking for a talented marketing manager to join their business. Based in central London, you will be responsible for the strategic management of key platforms to drive customer engagement.

Leading a team of 3 direct reports, you will be responsible for:

* Driving and increasing customer engagement using internal platforms
* Developing and implementing the go to market strategy and ongoing engagement strategy
* Working closely with wider marketing teams to deliver campaigns
* Working closely with the operations team to ensure accurate forecasting and product development
* Leading, developing and ongoing management of partnerships
* Results analysis and appropriate strategy development
* People leadership and stakeholder management
* Marketing budget management

Requirements:

* University degree educated or equivalent
* Strong broad marketing experience
* Line management and leadership experience is essential
* Previous experience in partnerships is essential
* Strong experience in financial services and/or experience in loyalty
* B2C & B2B strategic marketing experience
* Experience of digital capabilities management and development
* Proven ability to drive results
* Passion for marketing, digital and innovation
