Job Details
A leading international consultancy specialising in crisis, issues and reputation management are looking for an outstanding Senior Manager to join their growing team. As Senior Manager, you will have the opportunity to support clients on some of the most high profile issues and crises as well as playing a key part of the senior management team. This role would suit a confident and driven individual who is able to work quickly, intelligently and accurately to produce exceptional crisis communications.
As Senior Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading day-to-day client engagement management and delivery, including responsibility for contracts and budgets and managing client relationships
- Providing strategic communication advice and hands-on support to clients on issues and live crises
- Developing internal and external networks to understand emerging client issues and needs
- Identifying new business opportunities for existing and new clients
- Leading internal projects to support the company’s business objectives
A successful candidate will demonstrate:
- Solid experience in issues and crisis communication and stakeholder engagement
- Depth of understanding of current affairs and organisational/reputational risk issues
- Experience of building strong relationships with external and internal clients
- Flexibility to travel to client locations
