Global Internal Communications Executive – Corporate Comms / In house

One of the largest hotel companies in the world is looking for a Global Internal Communications Executive to deliver global communications plans on a wide range of subjects, from change programmes to business initiatives for their team. You will support a variety of corporate and hotel engagement programmes, including the company’s communication strategy.

You’ll be really passionate about the role internal communications plays in driving engagement, understand the role and purpose of change communications and are looking for your next big challenge.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Writing internal communications plans for projects across the business
• Writing and publishing content for a variety of channels for global colleagues
• Managing content on the intranet newsroom, including publishing, monitoring and measurement
• Managing the production of collateral and content for news channels working with agencies
• Managing the delivery of financial results communications across the company
• Supporting on digital/video projects including managing crew and drafting briefs

An ideal candidate will demonstrate:

• Experience of corporate communications within a big corporate company or in an agency
• The ability to come up with ideas on how to use different channels, publications and digital
• Passion for the role internal communications can play in driving engagement
• Excellent story-telling and editing skills
• Experience of frontline employee communications, change communications and the technical knowledge and creative spark to communicate effectively
