Corporate Internal Communications Account Director to join top tier Corp-sumer Global PR agency! – up to £64k plus excellent benefits!

Our client, a leading Corp-Sumer global PR agency based in Central London are seeking an established Internal Comms Account Director with a mix of corporate  and internal comms experience to join their thriving team!

We’re looking for an individual who is intellectually curious, a self-starter who thrives on taking ownership and driving things forward, whilst being part of a great collaborative team. At this level, the ability to combine strong analysis, strategic thinking and planning, with powerful creativity is a must.

This is a rare opportunities for a highly organised, multi-tasker who can work on a wide portfolio of corporate and global iconic clients!

Requirements include:

  • Direct accounts: take overall responsibility for the Project Management of multiple

accounts, ensuring all relevant processes are in place to maximise agency and client benefit

  • Demonstrate a clear understanding of client business, internal and external politics,
  • budgetary and resourcing constraints and be able to use this knowledge to solve

client issues

  • Be accountable for client work: both quality and delivery
  • Have the ability to operate independently, answering client briefs to a high standard
  • as required with minimal input from senior team members

Organise client teams and understand the strengths and limitations of team members,

ensuring clarity of purpose, inclusion and high motivation levels are maintained

Cascade knowledge and updates upwards and downwards

  • Resolve most client issues, recognising when to escalate to Associate Director or BUD
  • Drive and oversee meaningful media/influencer relations programmes
  • Proactively build relationships with key opinion formers in online/offline media and

beyond, which would benefit our clients. Develop credibility with these contacts.

  • From a brand management perspective, tailor brand guidelines

to country specific requirements.
