This not-for-profit is the largest association for their profession, providing guidance, legal advice, events and training to over 1000 member organisations.

Based in central London, their office of 70 comprises passionate individuals, covering membership engagement, sales, training and a 20-strong marketing and communications team. The Role: PR Executive

The not-for-profit trade association are looking for an PR Executive to join its 20-strong marketing and communications team to assist the Head of PR and drive positive brand awareness via thought leadership, news hijacking and promotion of their events and training.

This PR Executive will:

* Be responsible for managing the company's press office - both reactive and proactive
* Optimise opportunities to proactively promote the business and its expertise across national media, as well as trade and specialist press.
* Be responsible for developing and writing key messages, press releases, Q&A and PR strategy papers
* Develop strong relationships with key press and expand their media network.

The PR Executive should have:

* Circa 6 months+ experience in B2B and/or corporate PR
* Experience in media relations across both national and trade media
* Exceptional written and verbal communications skills
* Demonstrable experience of writing strong, engaging press materials
* A lively, fun, outgoing personality
