Senior PR Manager - huge name in consumer electronics

One of the world's most iconic online brands is seeking a talented Senior PR Manager to head the UK PR team for its industry-leading consumer electronics offering. 

As a guide, when compared to agency-side levels, this role would suit someone who is either at the top end of Associate Director or into the Director bracket. 

The role demands someone with extensive experience in consumer based product PR. Ideally this person will have consumer technology / electronics experience, but this is not absolutely essential. A track record of delivery on major campaigns and a high level of creativity certainly is. 

Working closely with the retained PR agency you will be responsible for devising and implementing strategies to enhance the reputation of the brand’s devices and services; developing and managing PR campaigns to drive awareness of specific products, and overseeing the day-to-day running of the press office including all proactive and reactive media relations.

The company works in the high-speed world of online retail which naturally means this will be a fast-paced role. You must therefore be tactically knowledgeable about what's going on in the media and with the brand, and able to marry the two at short notice for maximum PR benefit.
