This fantastic global agency with a fantastic reputation is seeking an AD and Associate to join one of their consumer divisions working exclusively across one major alcohol brand.

You will need to know the alcohol industry well and have worked in this area before. You will also need experience of working across integrated campaigns and have worked on global remits as well as UK.

You will need strong client management skills and be able to provide excellent strategic and tactical advice, and develop high quality/high impact programmes. You will be able to develop a team, manage budgets and be able to look at the wider picture at a senior strategic level.

You will need strong lifestyle experience and know about the alcohol industry and be involved in campaigns involving everything from culture, music, entertainment and more.

PR and/or social media experience gained within an agency environment, to provide the background to create compelling stories that consumers and influencers wish to share.

Senior experience to mentor and coach others in the team.

Industry knowledge of logistics and small business enterprises or other complex service offering.
