Leading agency need a consumer SAE for healthcare and lifestyle brands

The Role:

Due to sustained company growth and client wins, this new exciting Senior Account Executive role will be based in the Consumer team of the agency in question, working on a range of great consumer and consumer healthcare clients. These clients range from consumer tech clients to FMCG brands, from lifestyle products to wellbeing brands, all pitching for coverage in lifestyle press.

This role will involve supporting account managers in all areas of a busy press office, creating key reports for clients and aiding in content creation for both PR campaigns and social media. Candidates who are hungry to secure coverage with strong writing and media relations skills, alongside an understanding of consumer trends, will flourish in this role!

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting day to day account management
• Activating media and influencer relations activity, measurement and reporting
• Supporting campaigns and producing high quality content, often covering complex subject matter
• Supporting directors with business development across existing and prospective new clients

Key Requirements:

• Must have a real interest in and developing understanding of consumer trends and the social media landscape, an appetite for media relations, news jacking and writing brilliant copy
• Experience within an agency, working in a busy press-office
• Able to deliver against budgets & timing plans
• Confident; has an opinion and is able to assert where necessary
• Is building a good reputation & contacts within the industry
• Fast paced approach; hands-on and practical and deadline driven
• Excellent communications across all mediums; good copywriter, able to write a solid journalistic press release
• Excellent publicity skills; can spot what ‘makes’ a story
• Super organised, excellent project management skills
• Creative & resourceful; a good trouble shooter
• Great networker & good at building contacts
