Head of Digital Strategy and Content

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an entrepreneurial and creative individual to become Head of Digital Strategy and Content to grow and develop the digital and content practice for the agency. As Head of Digital Strategy and Content, you will be responsible for growing a successful digital practice, managing content production and selling the digital and content practice to new and existing clients as well as integrating it internally. Your responsibilities:

• Growing a successful digital and content practice within the agency
• Managing existing content production and design
• Selling the digital and content practice offering internally and integrating it into the business model
• Selling the offering to both existing and new clients
• Ensuring there is regular revenue pipeline
• Creating a flexible network of freelancers to be used on an ad-hoc basis

You will demonstrate:

• Solid experience in communications, specifically digital (corporate/B2B background is desirable)
• Strong new business skills and a successful track record
• Experience of developing and growing a digital product offering
• The ability to grow existing accounts
• Good practical digital knowledge, both strategy and execution
• Entrepreneurial skills
