Since it was founded in 1991, this exciting company in the property sector has grown impressively and now covers London, Buckinghamshire, Hertfordshire, Berkshire and Surrey. The company has a stellar reputation in the luxury and commercial space and has won multiple awards and recognitions for its work. Based out of a vibrant modern office in an attractive Buckinghamshire location (with free parking for all employees!), their team are a social and highly welcoming bunch contributing to a fun office atmosphere with the family feel of a much smaller company. Further growth has meant the company now needs to add to its marketing department, and they are very keen to find an outgoing Marketing Manager who can bring energy and ideas to the team…

The Role

An all-encompassing marketing role with a wide variety of responsibilities, this marketing manager position will suit a creatively minded and outgoing person who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The role offers real autonomy and the freedom to generate and implement new ideas at what is a truly exciting time for the company. The Ideal candidate will have:

* Experience (Either Agency or Client side) in a strategic marketing role.
* Experience working on social media marketing campaigns with a content led approach.
* Experience working either in an agency, or with an outsourced agency (on branding for example) would be highly valuable (but not essential)

The Opportunity

It's an exciting time for this company who've been growing steadily since their founding. The role offers excellent scope for growth and increased responsibility as the company progresses and there are already plans in place to expand the marketing team further. The location is excellent, and you'll work directly with a highly experienced senior marketing director. To add to all to all this, the role is highly varied and offers a lot of autonomy and creative freedom to implement new ideas.
