Events Marketing Executive

This is an exciting opportunity to join the marketing team of a well-known brand within the property and construction market as their Regional Events Marketing Executive.

The Regional Events Marketing Executive will have responsibility for planning, development and execution of regional marketing events across a number of sites. Events include both large sales launches, official site openings and other regular events such as family days, cheese and wine tasting, garden parties etc.

This role is split between both time in the office and out on site and so the successful candidate must therefore be able to drive and be happy to travel regularly to sites within the West Midlands. A company car or car allowance, whichever is preferred, will be provided.

Responsibilities will include:

* Management of events calendar and budget
* Work with wider sales and marketing teams to understand their individual site requirements
* Take a creative approach to concepts for events and manage these through to completion including logistics and working with the sales and marketing teams to engage the local community and attract potential customers
* Utilise the regional marketing team to help deliver relevant communications to customers surrounding each event
* Manage the signage opportunities and planned signage
* Carry out event analysis, reporting on successes and making recommendations for future events

The ideal candidate will have a background in a similar role, or perhaps a relevant marketing role within the property and construction industry, and will have excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills. The ability to forward plan is key as is creativity and practicality.
