Senior Content and Community Manager wanted to join highly creative and fun PR agency in central London. A unique opportunity to progress ones career whilst working with big brands within the entertainment/tourist attractions and consumer brands sector.

Whether they are refreshing much loved retailers with a new collaboration, persuading top celebs to have their pic taken at leading attraction sites, tempting us with new foodie delights or launching the latest gaming & must have Christmas gifts, their creative approach guarantees results and has won many high-profile awards.

They are now looking to fill a social media role at their central London office, as they grow.

About this Senior Content and Community Manager role:

With a global audience, this role will enjoy on and offline activity, content creation, influencer management, proactive and reactive social posting, tackling multiple brands and channels simultaneously and everything that comes with that responsibility.

About you:

  • A solid understanding of how brands use social channels – for example, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest etc
  • Able to provide clients guidance on social and digital strategy and counsel on digital insight and new opportunities
  • Experience in building and managing influencer relationships as scope to work with ‘big’ names in this role
  • The ability to lead an account from planning, delivery through to reporting and analysis
  • A real passion for all things entertainment and showbiz as well as content & community management
  • Amazing communication skills – copywriting, content planning, social advertising and data analytics
  • Familiar with a range of social listening / social media monitoring tools and website analytics packages as you’ll use this knowledge to interpret data and compile monthly reports and provide guidance on social strategy
  • Agency background as a fast paced, dynamic environment
  • Curious and creative – keeps up to date with trends and industry developments
  • Basic design and simple video editing skills would be a bonus
  • Proactive, outgoing and ambitious
