Job Details
An industry-leading and dynamic internal communications team with a global retail company are looking for an Employee Communications Business Partner to join their team to support an exciting restructure. You will play an important part in the business restructure, helping colleagues within the technology team and the wider business understand the importance of this change. You will also run ad hoc office and business-wide campaigns to ensure employees truly embrace this new digital and forward-thinking mindset. This is a fantastic opportunity to help a global business grow and shape their communications strategy!
Your responsibilities:
- Devising and managing local area communications which help the business tell the story of both the business’ wider transformation plans as well as local plans, so employees are clear on direction and brand values
- Supporting the technology team to raise awareness of their transformation plans and be part of the education process
- Creating ad hoc business-wide campaigns, helping to reinforce positive ways of working, encouraging a digital mindset and promoting customer-first decision making
- Giving colleagues a voice so the company can continue to grow and shape their communications
You will demonstrate:
- Considerable internal communications experience within a similar role
- Experience of writing for a range of audiences and media/channels, excellent editorial skills and writing skills
- Proven experience in leadership, stakeholder relationship building and change communications
- Experience of transformation and change communications
- Strong project and event management skills
