Internal Communications Manager

My client, a well-known retailer based in the East Midlands, is looking for two experienced internal communications managers for a 12 month FTC or day rate contract.

Reporting into the Head of Internal Comms, you will help lead the delivery of a new communications and employee engagement strategy to bring colleagues on a transformation journey as a result of large scale business change. The role will be busy and varied, and you will be responsible for delivering change communications, BAU and engagement using a variety of channels including digital.  A proven track record in managing internal comms in a commercial, multi-site organisation, ideally within retail, is essential, along with the ability to hit ground running and line manage more junior members of the team. Salary is competitive depening on experience.
