The Role (this is for the AD Role. Please enquire for the AM job description)

We are looking for a fantastic new Account Director to join our vibrant London team to lead a portfolio of well-known brands and a team of 6. 

The successful candidate will come from a PR agency environment and have lots of experience managing client accounts, crafting the strategy and creative ideas on existing clients, developing new business proposals for pitches, and have a strong black book of media contacts. 

The ideal individual is someone who can join the dots between clients, with a passion for creative ideas in a dynamic environment where the people really do care.

Reporting into a supportive Business Director, there is also the opportunity to develop and mentor talented Account Managers and be instrumental to the culture of a close-knit team.

Key Requirements

  • Experience as an Account Director from a PR agency environment.
  • Articulate, engaging and confident with clients 
  • Experience of influencer marketing and integrated campaigns is important.
  • Ability to build collaborative internal relationships, working closely with juniors in the team to guide and oversee them 
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • You are passionate about creativity and keep yourself up to date and inspired by the latest trends and developments
  • You enjoy nurturing, supporting and developing more junior members of the team.

This role is full time and because you will be overseeing a small team it is office based.
