PR Account Manager (property/regeneration)

A well-respected, full-service communications agency is looking for an Account Manager to work on B2B and B2C communications in their central London office. The agency specialises in PR for destinations and areas undergoing change with the ambition of influencing and changing perceptions. The agency is working with extremely high calibre clients in the commercial retail and regeneration sector and is working on anumber of exciting projects. They have a history of making sustained and positive change to destinations and commercial developments in cities across the UK and internationally. Responsibilities:

-          Writing and delivering PR plans, strategies and timelines

-          Working across brand strategy, marketing and events

-          Leading client meetings

-          Developing social media strategies for clients and managing growth of social channels

-          Managing SAE/AE on implementation of marketing, social media and PR strategies

-          Producing and managing project budgets

-          Development and delivery of press events, photo shoots and campaigns

Necessary skills:

-          Property/destination/regeneration PR experience

-          Track record of managing the campaign process from start to finish, including development of strategy and press outreach

-          Contacts at key press titles, B2B & B2C

-          Social media implementation experience

-          Knowledge and experience of event management

-          Strong budgeting experience

-          Excellent presentation skills

The salary offered is between £30k and £40k dependent on experience. You will also receive 25 days holiday per annum, contributory pension scheme and an annual bonus scheme!
