Account Manager / Senior Account Manager – travel PR

An integrated agency specialising in travel, fashion and lifestyle PR, based in Covent Garden, are looking for a creative Account Manager or Senior Account Manager for their travel team to work on some incredible destination accounts in California and beyond. The ideal candidate will have a flair for developing stories and managing accounts. This is a great opportunity to excel within a fast-paced team in a hands-on agency.

As Account Manager/Senior Account Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing multiple destination PR accounts, including strategic planning and annual budgets, as well as day-to-day admin and monthly report
• Organising and managing exciting projects and PR campaigns
• Arranging individual and group media visits (some international travel is definitely required!)
• Industry and consumer event management
• Implementing specific projects / media and affinity partnership / PR campaigns
• Proactive and reactive media relations
• High quality press release and newsletter writing

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent media contacts across travel and lifestyle media (on and off-line)
• Creative ideas and destination story development to bring to the agency
• Experience managing project campaigns and running events
• Sound experience in organising and hosting media visits
• Strong writing and communicating abilities
