Senior Account Executive (Travel PR)

Fantastic Consumer PR agency seeks Senior Account Executive to work on some high profile Travel accounts. Based in Central London, the agency prides itself on creativity and being a fun, team-focused place to work. The accounts will include some high end hotel launches, so offer the chance to make a major impact and be part of a project from the very start. The role will be predominantly travel based but could also include working on some wider Consumer accounts and would therefore be ideal for someone who loves variety.

 

As Senior Account Executive, day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Client liaison both face-to-face and via conference calls
• Responding to media enquiries
• Devising and implementing creative ideas for campaigns
• Writing press releases, press packs and other materials
• Building and maintaining relationships with key media contacts
• Co-ordinating press trips
• Reporting on campaigns

The successful candidate must possess the following skills and experience:

• At least 18 months to two years’ experience in Travel PR
• Any additional Lifestyle PR experience would be advantageous although not essential
• Strong, relevant media contacts
• Excellent writing skills
• Great organisational ability
• A good team player and the confidence to network with clients and press
