As we continue to grow our business, we have a great opportunity for a committed German speaking Resourcer to support our highly successful office in Frankfurt. You will be initially working from the London office with the view to relocating to Germany in the future.

Responsibilities:

• Identification and active sourcing of suitable candidates for our search mandates
• Market mapping of the job market
• Maintain contact with candidates to expand our global network of communications and marketing leaders
• Telephone interviews and personal interviews
• Database maintenance
• Organization of events
• Translations for proposals, shortlist presentations, job adverts and other ad hoc translations as required
• Uploading, editing and managing job adverts
• Travel to the Frankfurt office will be required on occasion

Skills and experience

• Mother tongue German, as well as excellent spoken and written English
• Solid experience in target driven research
• Ideally, experience in executive search, professional service or corporate recruiting
• Entrepreneurial and creative in the search for the best talent
