Do you want the opportunity to work with some of the world’s biggest tech disruptors? Fancy being part of an award-winning agency? How about we throw a fun, thriving culture, great benefits and a central location into the mix? Sound interesting? Well, if you’re an entrepreneurial AE, AM or SAM please read on!

We are Chameleon and our mission is to make B2B technology PR and communications less beige.

We’ve had a stellar year, winning the coveted Holmes Report EMEA Tech Consultancy of the Year as well as the award for Best Agency to Work For (EMEA). We are a genuinely brilliant place to progress your career.

To start with, we only work with two types of company: those who want to change the world and those who want to change themselves. This means that our clients (including many of the Forbes Cloud 100 fastest growing tech companies) are the disruptors that have the old guard running scared. At Chameleon you can expect to work with the likes of GitHub, HootSuite and Optimizely. Our mantra is to help clients stand out from the crowd by doing things a little differently whilst delivering measurable business benefit.

However, our culture is just as important as our clients. Our office is a fun, slightly irreverent place to work. Things are different here. You can burn calories on our exercise bike desk, go old school with (sometimes seriously dubious) music played on vinyl  or pour yourself a pint from the much-loved beer tap. We hold regular socials as well as taking the whole team on an overseas jolly at Christmas. But that’s just stuff; the real heart of Chameleon is our closely knit team who support each other through thick and thin, deliver outstanding work and have a great time during the process.

In terms of who we are looking for, there is no such thing as a “Chameleon”. We are not in the habit of hiring robots, we look for individuals with diverse backgrounds and a broad range of skills. We don’t even insist on a university degree, we are more interested in people with inquisitive minds, a genuine interest in tech, ambition and the drive to make things happen. A love of fancy dress is optional...

We offer

  • A competitive salary
  • Bonus scheme (that actually pays out)
  • £150 personal development budget
  • 25 days holiday (plus the office is closed between Christmas and New Year)
  • Personalised training plan
  • Phone allowance
  • Gym allowance/private health insurance
  • An office full of food, snacks and a fully stocked beer/gin/wine fridge
