Cheshire and Warrington is the best performing economy in the North of England and one of the most successful and fastest growing economies in the country.  The Local Enterprise Partnership works closely with both the private and public sectors, championing important issues with government and ultimately driving the economic growth of our sub-region. We aim to double the size of the economy to £50 billion pa by 2040, and we are seeking a Communications and Marketing Director to help realise our ambitions.

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for promoting Cheshire and Warrington as the best place to work, live and do business in. Working with key stakeholders, including local authorities, MPs, Ministers, senior civil servants and the business community, your role will be to design and implement the LEP’s marketing and engagement strategy for the sub-region. We are looking for candidates with a broad range of senior PR and Communications experience along with a track record of running inward investment or business engagement marketing campaigns.  Of course, the ability to work proactively with a variety of public and private sector partners at a senior level will be key to your success.
