Account Director - Senior Account Director - Residential Property and Consumer Strategic Lead

They are an awesome team of circa 40 and work across global consumer brands. They have a newly created role for an Account Director or Senior Account Director, this is an exciting time to join and be part of the senior management team, with a clear path for your career development.
With a number of fantastic new accounts in the residential property sector, this an opportunity to really make these campaigns your own, as well as take the next step into management leading the PR and Social strategies of a great team.
Your background will be agency side, you may be an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Director and looking for the next step in your career. You will need to have property experience (residential) and what they can offer you is the chance to broaden your skills and work across consumer clients. The team you will manage are small, but they are looking for someone that would relish the opportunity to grow headcount and become a decision maker in the overall business.
The role will offer you the chance to take the lead of a team and be part of the senior management and have a say in the overall direction of the company along with the other divisional heads. All heads of teams work collaboratively with each other, and support each other and this is important to maintain as it is the ethos of their culture.
The role will be to develop and implement PR and Social Media strategies. Lead a super PR team, with a focus on developing their full potential, develop bespoke PR & Social Media plans, and run creative campaigns with your teams. The split will be 70% PR and 30% social, you will have social media experts in your team so you must be a strong PR consultant with an understanding of social media campaigns, twitter, facebook etc.
