It’s a name you would want on your CV at any point in your career, but if it was your first agency, people would definitely sit up and take notice. They are a well-established independent agency with a foot firmly in the consumer camp, helping to connect brands to real people. And they do it very well, might we say. More importantly, you need the right attitude; people need to muck in here – there’s no room for being precious.
