Job Details
Our client is a major player in the financial/professional services space. They need a Marketing Manager to join the team. It’s an interesting Marketing Manager role where you will be responsible for developing innovative and commercially led marketing strategies.
This is a standalone role which would suit an experience, confident, hands on marketer. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving forward the marketing strategy for the company and will be in a positive, creative self starter who is happy working in a fast paced environment.
The role covers:
- Set and define the annual marketing and PR strategy in conjunction with business objectives
- Originate advertising and marketing strategies
- Preparation of annual marketing budget
- Manage service providers
- Responsibility for content on all social media channels
- Monitor results of email campaigns.
- CMS of the website and looking at ways to improve website
- Utilise CRM system to maintain contact with database
- PPC & SEO management and monitoring results
- Management of marketing events and participation in trade shows and seminars
- Management of Award submissions
- Ad-hoc marketing projects
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Significant experience of working within a marketing department
- Experience in managing and driving market strategy within the financial or professional services industry
- Experience of Property Finance an advantage
- Strong interpersonal skills capable of building close working relationships
- Flexible approach to working to meet the needs of the business
- Ability to manage multiple projects often to tight deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent copywriting and proof-reading skills
- Knowledge and experience of using Word Press CMS
