Account Director - global luxury - £45-50k

Best known independent, luxury agency housing 150+ passionate and talented comms professionals is looking for an experienced Account Director with solid global PR experience across beauty, lifestyle or fashion clients to join their Global Team. 

You will join a very collaborative team - the newest in the agency having been launched just over a year ago but already punching above its weight in terms of the 'names' the team is already working with and the campaigns they are producing.  Working on creative and strategic campaigns with some of the most well known brands in the market, the team (currently 5 people) is growing and you will be a key senior member with the opportunity to make a significant contribution to the direction of this proposition. You will lead client relationships, devise and advise on strategy and brand direction as well as provide pastoral care and development opportunities to your team. 

Experience wise, it's not necessary to have had luxury industry experience, but you will have global expertise in wide communications, from traditional pr through to influencer marketing; you'll be excellent at writing as producing tool kits will be one of the many responsibilities of the role as well as market co-ordination and client strategy.  As it's a new team, you'll also work with the Director to identify new business prospects (but don't worry the agency is very well connected!) and develop proposals ready for pitch. 

The agency has an excellent reputation and continues to grow; in 2017 they opened in the US and have plans to open further wholly-owned offices in European cities synonymous with the luxury industry.  There's a great culture, it's very sociable but also hard working - the teams are proud of the clients they work with and the results they deliver.
