Responsibilities of the role include;

* Creating and implementing campaign strategies to exceed client objectives
* Working to budgets and maintaining a commercial mindset without compromising creativity
* Social Media channel management, both paid and organic
* Pitching to clients, building and maintaining successful relationships
* Liaising with the media to obtain widespread and efficient coverage
* Work to both internal and external deadlines
* Nurturing the growing team and helping with their development

The perfect person will have

* 3-5 years' agency experience
* Verifiable Account Management experience
* Strategic planning skills with excellent media contacts
* Exceptional copywriting skills across online and offline channels
* Social community management experience
* Understanding of SEO/PPC/Social Advertising
* Fresh innovation and visionary creativity
* An infectiously positive attitude
* New business drive
