Social Media Associate
We are hiring! Exciting new opportunity to join the FIA Foundation team
FIA Foundation is looking to hire a Social Media Associate to join our busy media and campaigns team. This new position will play a pivotal role communicating and amplifying our global campaigns, research and media coverage across our social channels, cementing the Foundation’s reputation within the international development community. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small, dedicated team that achieves real impact, engaging audiences on critical issues, whilst promoting work that saves and improves lives around the world.
We are an independent UK-based global charity working in the international development sector to support and promote public health by tackling road traffic injury prevention, air pollution and climate change. Our aim is to ensure ‘Safe, Clean, Fair and Green’ mobility for all. Our high impact campaigns focus on the right of every child to safe and healthy journeys, and ensuring consumers have transparent information about the safety of the cars they drive, roads they use and air they breathe. To further our policy agenda, we collaborate with major international agencies, leading research partners and a diverse range of civil society organisations.
Building on our success and to help achieve our ambitious goals, the Social Media Associate will pioneer our activity on new platforms and continue to build audiences on existing channels. With strong editorial experience and cutting-edge knowledge of social media, the successful candidate will play a key role developing imaginative and engaging content with the campaigns and media team that increases the impact and reach of our work.
