Keep our website engaging and fresh

Your main focus will be on maintaining and developing the FCO Services website, and, in particular, keeping the site up to date with new and engaging content. You will also be responsible for analysing activity on the site using Google analytics and other reporting tools.

At the same time, you will be expected to support the team on a wide range of communications projects, from initial stages all the way through to delivery. This could mean doing everything from helping designers produce branded presentations to gathering feedback on internal communications and events.

Build experience across the board

Your knowledge and experience of editing websites will mean you are an expert in content management systems – ideally WordPress – and in analysing audience interaction using Google Analytics or similar tools. The role involves liaising with colleagues across the organisation, so you must be a good communicator who enjoys dealing with all kinds of people. Strong copywriting skills are also essential.
