A leading Luxury and Travel PR agency is looking for an Account Manager to join their superstar team. The successful individual will join a friendly and experienced team and work on some of the hottest consumer brands in the market.

This is a world-class luxury and lifestyle communications agency, recognised for creating unique and unexpected partnerships and for generating inspirational ideas and collaborations across the global luxury market.

Ideally, we are seeing someone with an agency background and knowledge of the luxury market, as well as an excellent network of media contacts.

The Account Manager will:

  • Have a proven track record of delivering coverage and implementing media campaigns
  • Strong media contacts, extending to influencers, and love selling in
  • Produce engaging and professional content that is concise and compelling
  • Be a quick thinker, able to identify a trend and position clients accordingly
  • Be a strategic thinker with the ability to create and develop unique and commercially impactful campaigns
  • Be adept at building strong, trusted relationships with journalists
  • Identify feature opportunities; understand business issues or product requirements to sell in features
  • Be adept at delivering digital / social media as part of your campaign
  • Come with lots of ideas, demonstrating an ability to contribute to winning new business
  • Proactively look for opportunities for clients, driving the media relations programme
  • Have a self-starter attitude and be able to deliver high quality work as part of a team
  • Have effective management skills and be adept at providing leadership and direction for more junior members of the team

 

The Account Manager will demonstrate:

  • Confidence in building relationships and selling in ideas and opportunities to media contacts
  • Good industry knowledge and experience in building influential networks
  • Outstanding organisation with an ability to manage multiple projects and portfolios
  • An ability to multitask and prioritise clients and workload
  • An understanding of financial controls on all accounts, mark-up rules and budgeting procedures
  • A high standard of writing across multiple platforms, tailoring content to the audience / market
  • The ability to organise and manage events and suppliers
  • The ability to negotiate effectively, briefing designers, photographers etc.
