The B2B/Technology practice of this agency, known for its cutting-edge campaigns and its ability to consistently outshine the competition, needs to hire a Board Director to lead and grow its established B2B/Technology division.
There’s an impressive portfolio of clients and a major pipeline of new business, so you’ll need to be able to develop perfect pitches and, ongoingly, deliver high-level counsel to a range of clients across the whole technology spectrum. You’ll need to be a fully-formed all-rounder, with proven ability to lead teams to deliver outstanding campaigns and develop compelling content for a range of channels/media. This is modern, brand-centric communications with storytelling at its core.
You’ll be a natural at new business and a proactive networker. You’ll also need to be able to mentor and motivate a team of bright, ambitious and talented people. It’s likely that you’ll currently be working within the technology practice of a top 20 consultancy and be looking for a change of scene, less bureaucracy, less hierarchy, more freedom and more fun. Or, maybe, you’ve outgrown one of the smaller independents and need to stretch out in a bigger agency environment. Either way, it’s a great career move.
