Communications Manager - Head of Communications - In-house

We have partnered with a prestigious college that offers first-class education to gifted future female leaders. They have an outstanding name and reputation and now seek a Head of Communications to lead and coordinate the planning and delivery of the College communications based in Cambridge. 

Reporting to the President of the College, this is a stand-alone role with responsibility for driving the College’s strategic communications.

You will develop the communications strategy for the College, working closely with department heads and other stakeholders on the content and approach of communications activities. Coupled with this the role oversees the College’s digital communication, including the website and social media activities, and its PR activities via agencies and alumnae. Finally, the role encompasses the planning, input and project management of the College publications.

This is a varied role and one that can offer you fresh new challenges whilst working in a highly supportive and collaborative culture.  You will have solid communications and digital experience gained from working for a mid sized company or from higher education (this would be advantageous).
