Account Director - Fin Tech

A fantastic opportunity has arisen within an international PR agency for an ambitious Account Director to join their fast-paced Fin Tech team.

Specialising in entrepreneurial start-ups in the technology industry, the agency has offices across Europe and works with some of the biggest and most exciting names in the technology and social media industry who are developing some of the most popular and pioneering offerings in their field.

You will be a motivated team player with a genuine interest in up and coming technology and will have the opportunity to work on a variety of high-growth fin-tech companies across the industry.

Your responsibilities:

• Building positive client relationships, liaising with clients on a regular basis and providing high level counsel when necessary
• Encouraging and nurturing the professional growth of junior team members, providing them with direction and ensuring excellent results are achieved for clients
• Proactively identifying new business and lead a number of new business pitches
• Developing and maintaining a good relationship with the press, bloggers and other key industry influencers

You will demonstrate:

• An impressive network of press and industry contacts, ideally in the fin-tech sector
• Brilliant client handling skills, with the ability to inspire trust and confidence
• Solid experience of creating and implementing high-profile communications campaigns and strategies
• Excellent communications skills
• The desire to build a career within a high-growth PR agency
