Working within the marketing team, this new role will be responsible for the day to day delivery of corporate and brand messages through integrated communications campaigns which use a full mix of channels to make a positive contribution to UCC Coffee’s marketing objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the marketing team to communicate UCC Coffee brand and corporate messages through a full mix of communications channels including PR, social and digital
  • Covers all aspects of communications including media relations, multi-media content development, event management, social media, employee communications, channel campaigns and the development of creative content
  • Coordinate and deliver successful short and long-term integrated communication campaigns including input into strategy and planning, activation, managing agreed budget and reporting on results
  • Establish and manage UCC Coffee’s relationship with key media to ensure regular positive coverage for UCC Coffee that promotes its key people, products and services to maintain positive brand perception
  • Write, create and publish engaging content across multiple internal and external channels
  • Develop, manage and evaluate organic and paid social media campaigns and manage and grow UCC Coffee’s social media audience
  • Keep up to date with trends, insight and media to proactively spot and propose creative new opportunities to enhance UCC Coffee’s reputation through communications
  • Engage with internal stakeholders and communicate business messages internally to contribute to employee engagement
  • Coordinate work of UCC Coffee creative agencies on delivery of content for specific campaigns

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • Proven in-house agency FMCG experience in PR and marketing communications
  • Ability to manage & deliver fully integrated communications campaigns
  • Solid experience in social media and digital communications
  • Strong copywriter with the ability to flex style to create engaging copy and press materials
  • Knowledge of current industry recognised measurement techniques
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and media databases
  • Flexible approach to work, hours and travel
