Head of Press, Broadcast
One off interim opportunity has arisen for a Head of Press within an award-winning news and multimedia production company.
The role is for an initial 3 months and will work closely with divisional heads in TV Production, Advertising, Sport and Digital Content Services to deliver bespoke PR plans for each business that showcase the breadth of offering and joined-up approach as well as raising the profile of key executives.
You will ensure the promotion of output through proactive publicity campaigns and/or facilitating press office teams from broadcasters, clients, stakeholders and partners. In addition you will deliver wider strategic corporate communications, proactively promoting new developments and initiatives key reputational support for major stories and profile raising for the editor.
Experience of crises and issues is key as well as strong knowledge of broadcast news, wider TV and digital production, competitors, and key industry issues.
