This is an opportunity to join an award-winning Integrated PR agency who are famous for delivering outstanding, original work from a gorgeous central London office. 

We are looking for a Digital/Social Account Director with consumer/retail/food & drink experience to join the growing digital team.  This specialist social media team works across a range of clients to provide social media and digital marketing solutions.

The Role:

  • Client - you'll have experience working with clients to deliver digital and social strategies in the wider consumer space and/or ideally with grocery brands or high turnover retail 
  • Communication - you'll be a clear communicator, through all channels, and you'll be expected to communicate consistently to clients, team, stakeholders and media, maintaining the tone and style appropriate to each client brief 
  • Account Handling - you'll be highly organised with strong project management skills and have a proven track record of directing teams and campaigns.  You'll be a natural account director or senior account manager, proactively handling all data and information in the interests of exceeding expectations at all levels. 
  • Digital / Social - you'll have a network of contacts and understand SEO principles and analytics to secure digital routes to coverage and amplification of the stories you've created.   You'll be able to unravel complex issues and communicate these via digital channels with an eye for a story every time. 
  • New Business - as with any agency role, you'll have an entrepreneurial streak and a nose for new business  
  • Teamwork - this is a hugely successful and sociable team so your contribution to all things "team" will be essential and a measure of success in the role 

Must haves:

  • Minimum 3 years+ agency experience 
  • Proven digital/social experience 
  • New Business experience and proven contribution to pitch 
  • Proven account management experience 
  • Line managment experience
