Although every agency says they are integrated, this agency really is with SEO, creative, social and digital specialisms as well as PR – more than half the agency is made up of “non PR” people as they embrace the changing face of communications. This year has been successful for them with a number of client wins and they are looking for a Consumer Associate Director to join their team.  Working into a Director and Head of the Team, there’s plenty of opportunity for autonomy but also development and learning – it’s a lovely team who regularly go out for drinks and are very collaborative.

The Role – Senior Account Director/Associate Director – Integrated Consumer

The Senior Account Director or Associate Director will provide senior level support on an online bank [consumer lifestyle focused], an airline, a children’s shoe brand and a consumer tech company amongst others. Social is a strong focus on these accounts so you will need to be strong in this area as well as traditional communications.

Other responsibilities will include:

• Organic growth and new business
• Experience of developing and delivering impressive integrated campaigns
• Providing senior client counsel
• Experience of resource and budget management
• Team management
