Ideally coming from a B2B background (or one with a commercial objective) you'll have proven experience of external and internal communications, as well as PR, media relationships and wider elements of the marketing mix. You'll love a role that combines being highly strategic as well as hands-on, and will take pride in owning your work within this unique organisation.

Following a recent re-brand, this role will own the promotion and guardianship of the new company image. You'll have experience - and contacts - in media relations, being proactive with marketing communications as well as reactive with effective crisis management. You'll assist with the PR strategy, happy to get stuck into press releases, and will really drive the positive image to all external sources through media, thought leadership, creative content and events.

You'll have a small team to manage and will work with a couple of agencies, and will be comfortable working closely with senior management to unify the communications strategy, so being a confident and amiable communicator is vital here.

Internal communications will form a part of this, too, delivering the right messaging to the right teams via digital signage, emails and wider engagement, meaning a keen attention to detail will come naturally to you.

This is a fast-paced, varied and pivotal role in the business, and - especially following the recent rebrand - offers up an exciting opportunity to really make waves in this global, passionate organisation.

The role is based in Camberley but will involve travel to Milton Keynes, on average once a week, so having a car is key here. It is easily commutable from London, Farnborough, Basingstoke, Oxford, Bracknell, Reading, Maidenhead, Crawley, Epsom and Woking.
