This agency is an award-winning specialist consumer PR company based in Central London, looking for an experienced Associate Director to join their ranks. You will be working for an unrivalled and instinctive business that credits its transparent and trustworthy approach to consumer PR and social media for its growth in a competitive industry.

Their team of 100 work offer a full-range of services to their clients, from media/influencer relations and SEO, to brand strategy and data analytics. The clients themselves are all household consumer names in the food, drink, sport, and retail sectors.

About the Associate Director Role

As an Associate Director, you will have an unprecedented opportunity to develop both your management and client relationship-building skills in a highly tactical and strategic B2C/consumer PR team.

Key Responsibilities for the Associate Director role:
* You will manage a team of ambitious and insightful consumer PR and social media specialists, from AE to AD-level
* You will be responsible for a handful of the agency's largest clients who operate in the food, drink, sport, and retail sectors
* You will be responsible for the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns and press releases for medium and large accounts
* You will be in charge of the agency's pitch success rate for new, innovative business

About You

If you are currently working as a Senior Account Director or Associate Director, either with an agency or in-house within the B2C/consumer sector, apply immediately to join this fast-growing specialist PR company.

Essential Skills and Competencies of the Associate Director:
* 8+ years' in the consumer PR space, currently at SAD/Ass. Director level
* Experience of managing and developing the growth of an ambitious team

* A results-driven people person with excellent communication and leadership skills
