Our client is looking for a digital associate director to work across new and existing business, with a strong background in one or more disciplines of digital marketing (you may have experience of creative, social, planning, search – our client does it all). You will join a team of developers, designers, community managers, project managers and planners. It is essential that you’re committed to delivering business impact.

 The role will include the following:-

• Leadership of accounts
• Pro-active development of the businesses Digital & Social division including the acquisition of, and execution on, sales leads
• Delivery of on-going client satisfaction and pro-active development of client relationships/business
• Regular execution of digital marketing and social media skills: e.g. planning, project management, asset production, community management, content creation
• Mastery of all account management processes – programme development and management, reporting and budgeting
• Management of both permanent and temporary staff allocated to your account teams
• Participation in both service development and marketing/new business initiatives

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in content and performance marketing
• Experience working in a busy agency managing multiple projects and clients at any one time
• The ability to work both independently and lead a team
• A broad understanding of digital communications, with the ability to utilise the full teams' expertise as required
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Acute attention to detail
• An interested in both B2B technology and consumer clients
• The ability to keep your skills fresh / keeping on top of the latest digital innovations
