Account Manager – Integrated Communications Agency – London - to £35,000 depending on experience

My client is a dynamic, fast-growing, strategic and creative integrated communications agency based in the heart of Shoreditch.  They have a passion for people and knowing how to reach them and they're all about creating engaging content that brings to life a client’s narrative and communicates it through the right channels to engage the right audience at the right time. They use a blend of social, digital and traditional communications to reach the people that matter – businesses, consumers, stakeholders and shareholders. 

My client is now looking for a full-time Communications Consultant hungry to play a key role in building a best-in-class agency. With an entrepreneurial mindset, the successful candidate will be a driven, ambitious self-starter with strong team working and communication skills. You'll be motivated by delivering outstanding results for clients; experienced in client handling, media relations, social media, influencer marketing, writing and team management.  You’ll also be eager to win new business, build a team and help grow an exciting and rewarding business. Experience in and/or a passion for tech and consumer tech is helpful, but not essential. 

Requirements:

• Four to five years’ experience in a public relations/integrated communications agency
• Excellent client handling skills – across several clients
• Excellent writing skills
• Strong social media experience, both planning and implementation
• Strong traditional media relations skills
• Experience managing junior colleagues
• Hungry to bring in new business leads and to pitch for business
• A team-player with strong inter-personal and organisational skills
• Looking for the chance to help build a business and make a tangible difference
