Account Manager or top-end SAE - corporate comms in a fast-growing, independent agency

My client is an independent communications consultancy. In its first few years it has seen rapid expansion and that is set to continue through 2019. It is currently seeking a talented Account Manager, or top-end Senior Account Executive, to help deliver corporate communications campaigns to some of the team’s biggest accounts – and some of the world’s biggest brands.

The agency was founded by senior practitioners who still get a kick out of rolling up their sleeves up and providing first rate creative consultancy. Everyone in the team has been attracted from industry-leading consultancies and the team has a clear aim to ensure it is fiercely competitive in the market. In order for that to happen it is looking to attract the best talent in the industry.

The role demands someone with a bright, inquisitive mind. Someone who can look beyond a press release towards meaty campaigns which solve clients' commercial needs. It's a flat structure so you will get a lot of exposure to delivering strategic counsel, perhaps more so than in other consultancies.

The team works hard with media and clients to devise campaigns that it knows will deliver value to both parties. This means creating fresh and innovative campaigns and shaping them to maximise their impact for each audience. It can be summed up by fresh ideas, smart delivery, and great results.

Although small, the agency has taken all the best attributes from big agency set-ups including a strong training and support structure.
