PR Senior Account Director - Major Beauty & Grooming Brands

We are looking for a highly ambitious and creative PR professional with strong experience in beauty/grooming for a Senior Account Director opportunity within a prestigious global communications agency. This role will sit within the agency's ambitious team in London and will lead on their impressive beauty and grooming portfolio.

You will play a key role within the team and you will be given the opportunity to manage significant budgets and shape and grow the agency's beauty and grooming proposition. You will be tasked with crafting client strategies and delivering multi-channel content campaigns that make a real impact and exceed client expectations. You will be responsible for establishing strong client relationships and gaining an in-depth understanding of their business in order to develop robust creative solutions that meet their objectives. You will be responsible for leading and supporting a talented team and helping to develop their skills.

To be considered for this position you must have the following skills and experience:

*Significant experience working with high profile beauty/grooming brands gained from working in a well-established agency
*Extensive network of contacts across the beauty, male grooming and lifestyle media
*Strong leadership skills
*Solid events experience
*Digitally savvy, with experience in content creation and influencer management
