Account Director – Stakeholder Engagement

A global communications agency based in the heart of London are looking for an Account Director to join their specialist stakeholder relations and public engagement practice! This practice has been set up to help clients engage with stakeholders that may impact their business. You will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of effective integrated communications campaigns that deliver impact.

As Account Director, you will have great new business skills, identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and contributing to the delivery of pitches. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the senior management team of a leading agency.

Your responsibilities:

• Delivering strategic counsel and stakeholder engagement solutions to clients and shares this knowledge with the wider team
• Managing and supporting the team in the delivery of roles
• Implementing crisis management techniques and advising on potential courses of action
• Assisting the senior management team in developing long term client satisfaction
• Developing new business leads

You will demonstrate:

• Solid experience of running successful stakeholder engagement campaigns at a similar level
• Strong understanding of both PR and PA
• Experience delivering integrated campaigns
• Calm and authoritative in response to issues and crisis
• An excellent grasp of clients’ marketplaces, audiences and routes to markets
