Account Executive

A global communications agency based in the heart of London are looking for an Account Executive to join their specialist stakeholder relations and public engagement practice! This practice has been set up to help clients engage with stakeholders that may impact their business. You will be responsible for managing the successful delivery of effective integrated communications campaigns that deliver impact across a broad range of sectors. As an Account Executive you will be driven by excellence, have an eye for detail, be a great writer and will be able to identify interesting story angles for clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Contributing to the creation of innovative PR plans
• Delivering accurate written communications both internally and externally
• Building and managing relationships with key journalists
• Drafting and editing press materials
• Contributing to new business pitches
• Day-to-day client support work
• Delivering insightful research

The ideal candidate will:

• Be proactive, enthusiastic and eager to learn
• Be a creative thinker with a desire to learn and improve
• Have a passion for Public Affairs and excellent attention to detail
• Good knowledge of social media and experience in research
• At least a year’s experience in a PR agency- ideally Corporate PR
