Associate Director - Issues & Crisis Management

A full-service global communications agency is looking for an Associate Director with strong experience in crisis communications to join its team in London. This role will sit within the agency's growing crisis team that works with and advises a wide range of clients on issues & crisis management.

This is a key hire for the team, integral to its ongoing growth and pivotal to a number of existing client relationships. You will develop strategies and activities for clients and you will be responsible for ensuring the successful execution and quality of client programmes. You will be clients' first port of call in a crisis and a trusted advisor on crisis planning and mitigation, and reputational risk management. You will play a leading role in developing and winning new business, from the initial approach, through to the development of plans and proposals and leading pitch teams.

To be considered for this position you must be a strong all-rounder with solid leadership skills and significant experience in crisis communications gained from working in a well-established agency. In addition, you must have excellent client handling skills with a proven track in advising senior level clients.
